Online Remote Support

Our Online Remote Support service allows our customers to receive fast, accurate and punctual service and/or technical assistance from our technical support team directly through their computer screen.

👉 This program does not require installation or verification from the administrator — simply install and then give the ID provided to our technical support team.​

1. “First, please apply for the Remote Control service using our shout channel.”

2. Download TeamViewer.

(Click download to install the program for Windows.)


3. Open the downloaded file (TeamViewerQS-idc65bxz66.exe), then click run.

(This will appear at the bottom of your screen or in your Download folder.)

4. An ID will be provided, e.g., 1 987 654 321.

(You have to give this ID to our technical support team.)
