Fine grooves in rings, recessed details on pendants and chain links can be difficult to finish with a conventional polishing wheel. Redt introduces the MAGIC MT Series for jewelry workshops that regularly work on these detailed pieces.
Built on Redt’s experience in jewelry equipment development, the series combines magnetic polishing, adjustable controls and a compact design. Three models let you choose a size for your workpieces and process multiple pieces in one batch.
Reach the Fine Details of Your Jewelry
The MAGIC MT Series uses a rotating magnetic field to move tiny stainless steel pins through water and a dedicated polishing solution.
As the pins repeatedly contact the workpieces, they help clean surfaces, remove fine burrs and polish areas that are difficult to reach with a polishing wheel. Magnetic tumbling is also useful for preparing surfaces before final buffing or plating.
Designed for More Even Polishing
Effective polishing depends on how well the pins and workpieces circulate. The MT Series includes features that support this movement and make the process easy to adjust.
STOP & GO: Periodically pauses and restarts operation to redistribute the pins and workpieces, helping reduce clustering.
Shaped Bowl Base: Raised structures interrupt a simple circular flow, encouraging the pins to move in different directions and contact more areas of each piece.
Speed Control and Timer: Adjust the polishing intensity and duration to suit your workpieces. The machine stops automatically when the set time ends.

See the MT Series in Action
Add the appropriate amounts of polishing pins, workpieces, water and dedicated polishing solution to the bowl. Close the lid and position the bowl in the center of the machine. Then select the time, speed and STOP & GO interval, starting at a low speed.
