TURBO-C3 integrates these processes into one compact system. Its two built-in spindles operate at up to 14,500 RPM and automatically switch between the roughing and finishing tools during machining.
The roughing tool removes material efficiently, while the finishing tool precisely reproduces fine lettering, patterns, and graphic details.

Automatic Measurement Simplifies CNC Setup
Conventional CNC machining requires the operator to manually determine the material’s dimensions, height, and machining position. Even a small setup error can affect the final result or damage the material and cutting tool.
Once the brass blank is secured, TURBO-C3 automatically measures its size, height, and center position using the built-in probe. This reduces manual setup and operator error, allowing the user to focus on the design rather than CNC coordinates and machining settings.

MagicEngrave simplifies the entire workflow—from preparing the design to engraving the finished brass stamp. Users can enter text, use fonts installed on their computer, import logos and images, and create multilingual designs for individual customers or brands.
Once the design is ready, the software automatically controls both roughing and finishing. This makes it easy to produce detailed logos, handwritten artwork, decorative patterns, wedding seals, and custom messages—without preparing complex CNC machining data.
