Here’s how we create a beautiful, sparkling silver pendant! ✨

| Process

First, since the cutting will be performed in a continuous workflow,

we install the cutting clamp.

Fix the silver sheet firmly onto the cutting clamp.

Material height and focus are automatically calibrated using Auto Focus (AF).

This high-precision measurement ensures optimal laser focus, enhancing both accuracy and processing efficiency.

We generate toolpaths based on the design.

Since 2026 is the Year of the Horse,we created a cute horse pendant design.

Separate images were prepared for each function: Laser & CNC processes.

The marking sequence is important.

We recommend the following order:Laser Marking → CNC Scribing → CNC Cutting

Now, let’s verify the working area. With the built-in camera on the JANUS Laser + CNC system,

you can easily and accurately set the working position in the program.

The process begins with laser marking.

As a company specialized in jewelry manufacturing equipment,we provide optimized marking data for each material,making it easy to achieve the desired results.

Laser engraving is complete.

Now, we move on to automatic CNC engravingto bring out a brilliant shine in the design ✨

By using a diamond tip,the surface becomes more reflective and visually striking.

Diagonal patterns are applied to the face,and vertical patterns to the mouth,creating dynamic reflections from different angles.

With deep laser engraving and CNC scribing pattern marking completed,the final step is contour cutting.

A 0.7 mm end mill is used to achieve precise results.

To balance durability and detail:

Excessively thin tools may break
Thicker tools reduce fine precision

✔ Recommended: 0.6–0.8 mm end mill

All processes are complete:

Deep Laser Engraving → CNC Diamond Tip Scribing → CNC Cutting
