Signet Ring Adapter(For Laser Use Only)

It provides stable clamping for irregularly shaped rings such as oval or signet rings,

making it suitable for precise inner and outer marking.

The signet ring adapter is a type of chuck in which each of the three jaws operates

independently. This allows the user to fix irregularly shaped materials by adjusting

each jaw separately.

Travel distance per jaw : 16mm

Clamping Range : Ø4mm ~ Ø72mm

Name	Description
Jaw	Moves along the chuck grooves to secure the material.
Jaw Adjustment Bolt	A bolt used to move the jaw by tightening or loosening.
Finger Mounting Taps	Taps on the jaw used to mount fingers(set screws). Four taps per jaw allow flexible positioning of fingers.

Introduction and usage guide of Signet Ring Adapter

Tighten securely using the chuck handle before operation.

The back side of the jig must be assembled onto the round rotary finger,

and for firm clamping, it should be aligned as closely as possible with

the central axis during assembly.
